Komodo: an independent songwriter & artist, started creating music in September 2008 with a vision to be unique while showcasing his personal ability through his upcoming solo project "The Dark O.M.". Komodo has had no prior music upbringing apart from being part of the crowd & appreciating music.
From 2003 through to 2006, Komodo lost his love for Rap & Hip Hop music as he felt a lot of what was being put out was garbage, to which he turned to Dance/Trance/Electronic/Break Beats/House/Techno. His love for the music was rekindled in mid 2006 when he heard Kanye Wests' Diaminds from Sierra Leone ft. Jay-Z. He was back in & this time, to stay. After a few years he could feel a similar pattern playing out all over again. This time he decided to play a part & switch roles from listener to creator & started making his own music which immediatly inspired him to create the much anticipated "The Dark O.M." (O.M. stands for Original Material).

Komodo has a massive goal, which is to be better than the best & hopes to achieve this. If not, then he hopes to at least inspire the destined soul. Komodo loves music & feels it is lacking in creativity & fantasy. If he does not prove to be greater than the greatest, he will definitely open a door to a whole new realm in the art of Rap Music. He says he is not a rapper he's an artiste, its just a pitty he cannot sing but where he lacks as a singer he makes up for in imagination & creativity.
Komodos' philosophy is Bruce Lee inspired in that he says, "....it's the flow of no flows, the art of no art, u know, as simple as that......it just needs time to grow & the people to open their hearts & mind to it....."
