3rd generation entertainer from a family with huge industry ties. My Aunt, Mary Kaye, was the first person to have a guitar named after her. The Fender "Mary Kaye Stratocaster" which was also the first ever guitar produced out of the Custom Shop in Corona, CA. Her group, "The Mary Kaye Trio" are the Pioneers of The Las Vegas Lounge Scene credited for creating the first live entertainment lounge atmosphere. My father, 1/3 of The Mary Kaye Trio, wrote music for Johnny Mathis, Perry Como, and many celebraties of the day. My Grandfather, Johnny Ukulele, who I'm named after brought the Ukuele to fame in the US back in the early 1900's. He aslo was a champion swimmer and raced against "Tarzan" Johnny Weismueller and "Flash Gordon" Buster Crabbe in the US Olympic Trials of the 30's. My cousin Jay Kaye is known as "The Blue Messiah" of Spain.
