bio:
Im John Byrne, an Irish singer songwriter / musician and engineer. Ive written 100s of songs but unfortunatly at the moment only have a few recorded for listening to, as i had 2 massive computer crashes, and made a cardinal sin? Didnt back-up? Anyway heres a few tracks that vary in production quality etc, and where recorded during differant times in my musical, writing, and production career. In the process of gettin a new PC so loads more coming. I gig solo, and with 2 other bands im in. I am looking to get another band together, so get in touch if u like what u hear? I play all musical instruments, all vocals, all writing, lyrics, arrangments etc. Im open to all types of music and like a good song, ( Just no R&B?) And by that i dont mean the proper meaning, Rythem and Blues.

Song: Judgement Day
Wrote this after a debate/argument broke out bout religion in college years ago between Muslims, Catholics etc, bout who was to blame for this and that? Bout whoever is right, and wrong etc. 1 things 4 sure, regardless of beleifs, we hope to see the light on judgement day.
Song: Concious Day
Wrote this after watchin a few diaster movies etc. Havin a go at everythin that pissed me off bout the human race, greed, selfishness, laziness wars, and the way we continue to waste electricity etc. plunging the planet deeper and deeper in2 a state of no return, and dont even care about our future granchildren etc? Phew, some heavy shit , need a beer now?
Song: Losin The Heart.
Self explanatory really?
Song: This City (Silenced Voices)
Wrote this in 97, when ireland was going through a huge boom, Now were goin thourgh a huge recession and i still feel the same, i wanna get outta here? Certain classes of people are forgotten about in Ireland, during good times (For the rich) and bad times (For the poor) Hence, Silenced Voices.
Song: Lost Along The Way
As the name suggests, Lost and never finished cause of a crash, but never really knew if i shoulve keep this instrumental r not, started puttin vox on it and lost the mix, was never finished instrumentally either, but i think its a lovely track, with lovely ambiance. So heres a mostly instrumental, It was the first time i picked up a bass, i got it 4 50 euro in a 2nd hand shop, Will redoe it sumday, but dont wanna lose the rawness, u know, over produce it?
Song: Headmelt
The First time i got my hands on REASON, Headmelt is a good title for this track, just messin round.
